It does not change email templates.

have you tried deactivating all plugins other than Order Tracking and see if the issue still affects the website?
Yes. I have disabled all other plugins except woocommerce and tried it. It still doesn’t send any details to the customer via completed mail.
Just to understand better, you’re saying that emails are not sent or that emails are incomplete with missing order details?
