@nroberts27 – Very strange indeed, did the values of the theme editor update to valid values after saving? Can you try adjusting sliders to see if the array value gets changed to a integer value?

The only way it could be interfering is if there were filters in their theme with the same names as ours which is unlikely since ours are prefixed with the plugin name. The other potential problem would be if they had JS errors in their admin scripts but that wouldn’t cause the form field default values from being corrupted.

The plugin won’t work on the front end without a valid theme being available, and if not will cause JS errors that prevent the popups from functioning.

Would it be possible to get temporary admin credentials to test with? if so you can email them directly danieliser at wizardinternetsolutions.com

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the fast response! I will email you the credentials.

I changed the values and it didn’t take them. The pop up won’t show up either way. However, I have a sister site that is using the same theme, and the pop up works fine. So, I’m not sure what to make of that..

I’ll email you in a second with the credentials. Thank you so much for your help!

    Best,

Hi @danieliser, did you get the credentials?

I tried messing with the theme of the plugin more. When I moved the sliders, the values changed to numbers, but wouldn’t save after I pressed update. It just reverted back to saying Array.

Not sure what could be causing the problem…

Please let me know if you need me to resend the credentials to you.

    Thanks for the help!

@nroberts27 – Yes I did, I haven’t had a chance to check in on it yet. Will today, but it sounds like something is interfering with the saving process, which may take some debug testing so I may install Advanced Code Editor which allows easy updating of plugin files to do testing like that, as long as you are ok with that.

@danieliser – Ok, great! Yes, you can download that to the site.

Also, I inspected the console and it said the error was “Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function” in popup-maker-site.min.js?defer&ver=1.1.8:25.

Not sure if that will help too much or not, but I think that’s why I’m getting Array instead of a numeric option.

    Thanks again!

    Hi @danieliser

Have you had a chance to look into this at all?

    Thanks! 🙂
