Plugin not working with theme

Hello,

Our website uses the Dyad theme found here:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/dyad/

I am trying to hide the admin bar but it is not working. I have cleared the cache and browsed using incognito mode as well.

How can I get it working please?
