Plugin not works

    Hi,

    I installed your plugin and when an editor published a post he complained post is not shared to twitter. I tried updated from my admin account and post shared in twitter successfully. And I tested the wp to twitter connection and it was successful too. Is there something I missed?

    my wordpress version is 5.2. And PHP version is 7.2.16. And it works with my localhost version.

    Have you tried logging into your editor’s account to verify the problem? You’d be able to see then whether there was anything different in the publishing experience, as well.

    Yes and seems like even my admin account also unable to auto publish to twitter 🙁

    I updated WP to LinkedIn auto publish plugin and reauthorized and now twitter plugin started to work suddenly. May be that was the issue. By the way do you think is there a way to change the format to normal shared post?

    It may have been due to a conflict in the WP to LinkedIn plug-in; I don’t know, as I don’t have any other reports of this, but it’s possible. Is your other question related to your other support thread?

    Thanks so much for the help. Is there any error log which we can find about these kinds of errors?

    It really depends on what kind of error was happening. WP to Twitter keeps a log of failed attempts to send Tweets, but if this error caused a problem prior to attempting to send the Tweet, WP to Twitter won’t have a record of that.
