[Plugin: Online Backup for WordPress] Backup Failed: Don't understand error message

    Tried to do my first backup before upgrading to new wordpress update, but after 1.5 hours it failed. I am a novice, so I’ll just print the event log here:

    9th Sep 2012 5.17.24 PM Error The backup failed: Communication with the online backup vault failed; more information can be found in the Activity Log.

    Hi,

    Sunday backups do normally take much longer, and there has been times where failures like this randomly pop up. All comes down to so many people having backups set to Sunday at around the same time (midnight)!

    Last week the load was unusually high. This will be the issue you hit. The spike was significantly larger than predicted. Demand for the plugin seems to have exploded.

    We pushed through some server updates during the week and this morning the load was back to normal levels. The rest of the planned updates to improve capacity will be happening this week and we’ve acquired some new servers which will go live this week also.

    So everything should function normally now! Let us know if not.
