Plugin only working when logged in

Hi there!

Been really scratching my head with this, it looks as though I can only use the plugin when logged into the admin area of wordpress. As a guest to the site the product count links do not work and the ‘text before’ message does not appear.

I have tried deactivating and reactivating plugins but nothing has restored functionality.
