Plugin only works sometimes

    Sidebar widget works in some browsers and on some computers. For example:
    – on my computer, it only works in Chrome and not Firefox or IE
    – on my partner’s computer it works in Firefox but not Chrome
    – on work computer, it doesn’t work on chrome or ie

    Played with some compatibility settings and deactivating other plugins, but didn’t seem to do anything.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi rkadmin and I’m sorry for the delay.

    As far as I can see you do not have enabled Fixed Widget (anymore) on your website. Did you deactivate it? Do you still need any help from us?

    The plugin should work the same way in all browsers of course. But sometimes the WordPress theme, other WordPress plugins, JavaScript errors or even browser extensions like ad blockers could lead Fixed Widget to fail in your current browser.

    What exactly happened when you say it did not work in the specific browser/os?
    Did you see any JavaScript error in your console window?

    Sorry for the delay in response. We ended up going with another layout, as you can see. I’m sorry we couldn’t get it to work…
