Plugin only works when backdated to 3.0.1

All updates after 3.0.1 do not seem to work when using shipping zones by drawing. All addresses in the UK show up as address not found error. Additionally, many normal addresses, which are not new buildings, etc, are not recognised by the system even on 3.0.1. Are there any fixes for this, as we want to use the newest updated versions and not have to backdate them so far back.
