Plugin options

Hi there,

Thanks again for a great plugin.
I think it’d be a good idea to add to the plugin’s description that you can control it through the customizer. Currently it only shows this:

Installation Instructions
– Upload ocean-social-sharing to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
– Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
– Done!
