[Plugin: OptionTree] am i being dense?

hi, i’m just starting to work with this options framework and would like to bundle it with the theme i’m offering my network users so i guess i have a couple of questions:

1) i’ ve created sections, and added settings to them but for the life of me i can’t get them to work. am i missing something? (probably!) i’m pretty good with wordpress and not too scared of coding but i just don’t know how to make this work.

2) i’m also trying to include the options as part of a child theme of thematic for use by my potential customers on their sites on a multisite installation. is this even possible?

3) if so, how?
