    Update: It is not possible to change it in the “Reading Settings” of the control panel.

    You would have to modify line 56 in index.php and change it from the_excerpt() to the_content().

    However, before doing this you should create a child theme (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Child_Themes) so that any customizations you make to the theme won’t be overwritten when the next theme update comes out.
