Plugin outputting backslashes

In the Restriction Content section, I added a Restricted Access Message which contains an apostrophe (which is a part of the brand name so I can’t work around it).

However, when I protect a block using Ultimate Member, the text that is output contains a backslash before the apostrophe.

e.g. It should says Let’s but it says Let\’s.

I understand why this is happening, but as it is part of the plugin I don’t have any way to do anything about it. Please could you fix this in an update? Thanks!
