    Hello,

I installed your plugin and a was able to redirect a link as I wanted. Thanks.
But when I try to see the plugin list view menu (Plugins/installed Plugins), it will not show the list of plugins.
    Instead it always goes to
    …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=irrp-redirection
where I get dialogue of the plugin.

    Hi @kinhh

Could you please try with incognito browser if it’s the same?

If so, please remove our plugin via FTP or other File Manager.

Once you do that visit the page again, if it will you redirect you even with our plugin removed, it means that your browser somehow cached this redirection and you need to clear hard cache of your bowser.

If there won’t be any redirection, check if you have any caching plugin, if so, disable it and reinstall our plugin.

Cache plugins can cause a lot of issues with your WordPress installation.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!

    Hello,
    I did the following:
    – Deleted the Redirect Redirection directory – but some files could not be deleted due to rights
    – Tried to call pluglin page, but die setup page of plugin still was visible.
    – I found out, that using an URL like
    https://mydomain/wp-admin/plugins.php?test=one
worked – seems to overcame the cache issue. That may be a workaround for others too.

I disabled and deleted Redirect Redirection app from the plugins page.
I also deleted a second plugin, called ‘Redirection’ (https://redirection.me/)
Then I cleared the browser cache.

    After that, everything works good.
I reinstalled your plugin and set up my redirection I want.
    Works!

    I assume:
    – Collosion with the other plugin
    – Or something went wrong in the beginning and this was persistent in browser cache.

    Anyhow, thanks for the help

    Klaus
