[Plugin: Page Links To] Causing issue with Google XML Sitemaps plugin

If you add a page that links to a category, and use a relative link – /category/blog for example – then that’s exactly what is added to a Google sitemap, which causes a sitemap to error because /category/blog is not a valid link.
