[Plugin: Page Management Dropdown] Sub Pages not ordered under parent

When pages are set with a parent, they are not displayed that way in the page menu. The ‘FAQ – Implants’ and ‘FAQ – Teen Oral Health’ pages should be displayed under the parent ‘Frequently Asked Questions’
