Plugin page redirects to admin-ajax.php | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello,

Whenever I apply changes like approving pending registration to the main plugin page (admin.php?page=userultra), it sends me to admin-ajax.php

Also, after I close my wp-admin, I could not access it anymore when this plugin is activated.

Any help, please?
