[Plugin: Personal Fundraiser] Plugin keeps generating more sample causes

The Personal Fundraiser plug-in is great, but it keeps auto-generating more copies of the sample cause. I’ve de-activated the plugin because that behavior is kind of unnerving. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, de-activating and reactivating, but the behavior continues. Is there a bug, or is it something I could be doing?

For example, I will be working elsewhere in WordPress, come back to Causes, and there will be two new copies of “Help Raise Money for My Cause” listed and published within the last couple of minutes.

I really want to use this plugin for our annual fundraising event so teams can collect sponsors, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
