[Plugin: Personal Welcome] From: adress wrong

The plugin doesn’t use the from adress of the current user. I could fix thix by inserting the line
get_currentuserinfo();
after
global $current_user;

It would be nice to also have a Name (e.g. user nickname) in the from field.
