    Hi,

I’m using your plugin to avoid some variations to be selled. The product works fine on simple product. On products with variations, the add to cart button is simply “disabled” with no explanations. And I would like to improve this.

    • Is there any chance that we can use some functions in templates ? Functions that allow us to test if a variation is available, if the user is from a certain country…

    Thank you

This probably works with default variation select option, but I work with the plugin “woocommerce variation swatches” that changes the default variation template.

As you can see here, the add to car is disabled as expected, but no message.

Hi, is the WooCommerce variation swatches is a free plugin? if yes, we can check and see if there is something we can do or needs to be done on their plugin. if it’s a premium plugin, you should contact their plugin support and ask to check how to make it compatible with our plugin.

It is a free plugin, with a premium version of it (that I bought). But I would be pleased to check this with you.

    Thank you

Hi, send me the free version link, there are a few swatches plugins, we can take a look at the free plugin to see what is the conflict but in general, we can’t support other plugins, especially not premium plugins and you should also contact the premium plugin developer
    Thanks

We checked the free version of the variations swatches plugin and its working fine, it might be related to your theme, try to switch to the WC storefront theme and see if the issue persists
    Thanks
