[Plugin: Pierre's Wordspew] Avatar problem

Hi there.

Thank you for the great plugin. I am having an issue with Avatars not showing up. They show when the page is refreshed, but not when a person sends a shout.

The default “mystery man” avatar shows up only.

Can anyone offer any suggestions to fix this?
