[Plugin: Polldaddy Polls & Ratings] Plugin Violates Plugin Directory Rules

Hi – It would seem that this plugin violates Rule #4 in the Restrictions section:
“The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a “powered by” link) without explicitly asking the user’s permission.”

Not only does it not ask for permission, it seems impossible to remove the link. (Is that right?)
Could you fix that? Thanks.
