It seems the comment settings are not duplicated when I translate a page. (I do not allow feedback on pages, only on posts, but the translation does allow them untill I turn it off). Is this on purpose or not?

Not on purpose. I forgot it. I will add it in v0.8.2. You can already try it in the development version.
