[Plugin: Portable phpMyAdmin] MySQL server host error

The error message is:

#2005 – Unknown MySQL server host ‘WP_HOST’ (1)

There are apparently quite a few people with the same error and it has not been resolve for >10 months. Too bad, good idea.
