[Plugin: Post Notification] Notification Link Incorrect and removing link…

Post Notification’s link when using the excerpt option gives two closed related links which actually link to a nonexistent page.

How can I remove the read more… [1] from the notification e-mail?

I’d like to simply add this:
To read the entire post, click this link “@@permalink”
