[Plugin: Post Ratings] Correctly load theme template

    Thanks for the awesome plugin. Very simple and easy to use. However:

    In order to allow themes to properly load their own template, you need to check for post-ratings-control.php in the loadTemplate() function. It is currently passing the name without the extension, causing locate_template to always fail.
