[Plugin: Post Ratings] Weird formatting

Do you know why it would be formatting weirdly like this: http://i.imgur.com/nDKcX.png

It happens above and below, when I manually add the echo to the template and when I use the [rate] shortcode.

I cant figure it out… can you help?
