[Plugin: Post Thumbnail Editor] Can't see/find the thumbnails created

Hi, hope you can help me.

i really like the plugin but whether i select it from Media or directly in the post frm Featured image, once I cropped the image and i choose it, I cannot find it anywhere. it doesn’t go in the featured image neither i can see it in the media section. Wonder if you can help me resolve.
