[Plugin: Post Thumbnail Editor] Not saving image files, with errors

Tried uninstalling plugin and reinstall. /home/whatsthe/webapps/wtbi/wp-content/uploads/ptetmp/3077 exists and after deleting the folder, it gets regenerated. So, it’s not a permissions problem. Just can’t figure it out.
