[Plugin: Post Thumbnail Editor] Submit button stays disabled

Hello!

The plugin is great _ amazing work you did.

The issue i have is that when selecting a thumb for processing, the submit button stays disabled so i can’t proceed. Apart from the fact that we use 12 custom image sizes (!) i don’t see what could be causing the issue.
