    Sorry for the late response.

    Not sure if you’re still needing help with this problem, but by the looks for the image you’ve posted, it looks to be conflicting CSS from the theme or a plugin.

    I’d ideally need to see the site in question, or know more about how you’re configuring the plugin, please.

    EDIT: User never responded, so i’m marking resolved.
