[Plugin: Posts 2 Posts] Modify shortcode html output

I’m using the p2p_connected shortcode to display connected posts in my page template. What I need the shortcode to do is create the link to the connected post as it does but rather than output the title of the post I just want it to display “Overview”. Also it really doesn’t need to be in a ul but I can live with that if need be.
