    Could you provide technical information (WordPress version, theme, installed plugins etc.) and also steps for reproducing (possible with screenshots and link on your site), because unfortunately we are not able to help you based on information that you’ve described.
    You can contact us via direct support email: [email protected], perhaps we’ll need to have access to your site if we won’t be able to reproduce your issue on our dev equipment (especially in case if your theme is paid).
