its could be a JavaScript conflict from another plugin you using there. Please try disabling other plugins
I had the same problem here. Deactivating other plugins did not fix the issue.
I had 5 packages. When I reduced them to 3 I was able to delete the features.

Same problem. Can’t delete or change positions left or right. I noticed that when you make more than 3 or 4, depending on your screensize, they flow off the screen to the right. they do not move to a second level. If I zoom way out so that they are all on the screen within the window then I can delete….but only sometimes.
