[Plugin: PrintFriendly] Issues with Javascript Flash videos

I used this plugin on my server and when I did embedded javascript videos from PBS that use flash never came up. I disabled plugins one by one and narrowed it down to this one. There must be some sort of conflict which stops the script from executing and bringing up the flash.
