Plugin Privacy

Hey There!

I am a new user to the plugin and had a quick question. For background, I am building a site where clients will be able to send messages to health professionals. Because of the fact that I am dealing with health issues, I don’t want to be able to see the messages (HIPAA Compliance…). Once I set the site live with the plugin activated and contact form created, will I be able to see the contents of the messages? If not, how would I set it so that the professionals receiving the email can read it, but I, as the site admin, cannot? Lastly, how would I ensure that I cannot read the messages but I can see that a message/lead was sent to the health professional? In other words, I really just need to see that a message was sent, but not see the content of the message.
