Plugin problem, PHP fatal error

Dear sir / madam,

When the role scoper plugin is enabled, I can’t edit menu’s in WordPress, the page is blank. As soon as the plugin is disabled, I can open this page in WordPress. When I take a look at the errors in our WordPress website, I can see this error :
