[Plugin: Pronamic Google Maps] Custom Google Map Embed

Hello: First let me thank you for a much needed plugin.

I have a custom Google map (I drew a shape for a service area). I need to know how to use the plugin to embed on a wordpress page.

The plugin page gives some php coding and I have no idea what to do with that or where to put it and then what short codes to use.

I am a novice and all simple help is greatly appreciated!
