[Plugin: Pronamic Google Maps] Width and height don't work (version 1.3)

I like that this plugin doesn’t require API keys, works out of the box and is otherwise very cleanly built. However, increasing the width and height in my template does not result in a bigger map. At least not with the dynamic version.
