[Plugin: qTranslate] Action Disable to Enable doesn't work

great plugin, don’t know about the whole performance if the articles are growing but in version of wp 3.3.1 its seems the action Disable to Enable doesn’t work.

Also the posted date changed to Posted on %A %B %e%q, %Y after plugin activation
