Can you add following code to the qtranslate_widget.php(lines 20 and 50):
echo ' title="'.$q_config['language_name'][$language].'"';
This code will show hint with appropriate language when the cursor will point to the flag.

I mistook, this code should be placed in function qtrans_generateLanguageSelectCode in “case ‘dropdown'” after echo ' class="qtrans_flag qtrans_flag_'.$language.'"';(not incuding “if” scope) and in “case ‘both'” after echo ' class="qtrans_flag_'.$language.' qtrans_flag_and_text"';.
