[Plugin: Quotes Collection] Setting Fixed Height for Quote

Hi,
Ive tried to set the size of the Quote in a sidebar to 400px. It does’nt stop the size from changing though.

Where and what should I include in the css file to set this.

Any help would be appreciated.
