[Plugin: Rating-Widget] Only one vote?

I’ve installed the widget and changed some of the settings, it seems to be working normally… except it only allows one vote per post. So if a user goes to it and votes it changes the vote from Dislike to Like or Like to Dislike… or worse, remains the same. Any way to change this?
