Plugin recommendation – directory listing

Hello,
So, I’m trying to create a directory with three categories that one could filter by:

1. region
2. services offered
3. population served

I found this job listing plugin that would be perfect (except for a lack of csv import), but it references “jobs” and has an application form so I can’t really use it. Link below:
