Hi @thiyagarajantsi ,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand you’re experiencing an automatic redirect to the plugin settings page after logging in to a subsite.
To help us resolve this more effectively, could you please confirm:
- Does the redirect happen immediately after logging into the WordPress admin dashboard, or does it only occur when you’re specifically accessing the HT Easy GA4 plugin’s settings page after logging in with Google Analytics?
Once we have this information, I’ll be able to guide you more accurately.
Looking forward to your response!
Best regards,
Kamal
The redirect happen *immediately after logging into the WordPress admin dashboard*,
Hi @thiyagarajantsi,
Thank you for the clarification!
We’ve checked on our end, and the redirect is working as expected. It seems like the issue might be due to a conflict with another third-party plugin on your website.
To help pinpoint the problem, I recommend temporarily disabling your other plugins and checking if the redirect still occurs. This will help identify which plugin is causing the conflict. Once you find it, please let us know, and we’ll assist you further.
Additionally, if you prefer, you can contact us through our support ticket system here: Support Ticket.
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards,
Kamal
Please review the screenshot https://prnt.sc/p8SODv3Kc6ef if i change “yes” to “no” its fixed.
So this is not conflict with other plugin.
Hi @thiyagarajantsi,
Thanks for reporting this! It’s not supposed to redirect you to the settings page after login.
Could you please confirm if you’ve updated to the latest version (1.8.1) of the plugin?
If not, please update to the latest version. This issue can also sometimes occur due to caching, so please clear your site and browser cache and check again.
If the issue still persists after updating, kindly open a support ticket here so our team can investigate this further.
Best regards,
Kamal
