[Plugin: Redirection] CSS & JS ISSUE MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE

I can not stress this enough, I LOVED this plugin until the CSS & Javascript broke, now the AJAX functionality is not working and it is in effect BROKEN! Please fix, and I will donate some $$$ thanks 🙂
