Hi, I just checked both URLs above and it took me to the Join Us page link when I clicked on the Login link. Then when I clicked on the Join Us button it took me to the registration form. So I can confirm that it does work for me.
Can you make sure you delete your browser cache and try again. Or better still if you have a different browser, can you test with that browser. Also make sure you delete that browsers cache and you are not logged in as an admin.

Hi, I checked the URL above with the Join Us link. That link is now pointing to your website URL. It should be pointing to your Join Us URL. Please check your configuration in the Join Us page.

Make sure that all the plugins pages have the correct shortcode. Please check the following URL recreating the required pages.
Now if you put your mouse over the Join Us link it should point to the correct page but in your case it points to your home page which is wrong. So something is wrong with your set up.
