[Plugin Redirection ] Need help with RegExp

Hi,

I’m in a deep sh… ! I would like to change my custom permalinks structure from ( take year and month out and add postid form google news):
/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
TO
/%category%-%postname%-%post_id%.

So from this kind of URL:
http://www.clubpronostics.com/2010/06/pronostics-foot/coupe-du-monde/huitiemes-de-finales/pays-bas-slovaquie/

to this structure:
http://www.clubpronostics.com/pronostics-foot/coupe-du-monde/huitiemes-de-finales-pays-bas-slovaquie-1903

Can somebody explain me the rigth regexp for this, and maybe tell me if I also have to do something in the .htaccess file
