[Plugin: Redirection] Regex help

I feel like I have tried every single possible regex combination and cannot get anything to work using this plugin.

I need to redirect: http://www.mydomain.com/products/product.php?id=XXX
To: http://www.domain.com/product-search/?search=XXX

There is no way we can do a direct 1-to-1 for all our products from the old site so we are redirecting it to a our product search results page.
