[Plugin: Register Plus] Looking for german translation

Does anyone happen to have a translated po-file? For some reason my editor always comes up with weird errors when I attempt to translate the words myself, so now I have sort of given up and would be happy if anyone else could provide me the file. Thanks in advance! 🙂
