Are you saying they were working, then you tried using Redux and they stopped working. So then you tried using, Pie Register and they still don’t work?

Register plus was working prior to the WordPress upgrade. Once it stopped working I tried some alternatives but nothing appears to function as expected with the new version. Thanks for your response, any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but you mean it worked with WP 3.0, then broke after 3.0.1?

Yes. After upgrading to the latest version 3.0.1 – A message appeared in the settings for register plus stating there was a conflict with another plugin. I tried to disable other plugins but it appears this is not the issue. In addition to this the ability to have custom fields written to the tbl_wp_usermeta no longer works.

Mike, what kind of custom fields do you have? I did a lot of work this morning to make sure text fields definitely work. You will have to redefine the custom fields in Redux, but if you use the same names the data *should* work.

Mike, has Redux worked for you with your custom fields?

I’m closing this report due to inactivity.
I have the latest 3.6.22 version of Register Plus Redux on latest version of WordPress 3.0.3
There are no plugin conflict warnings.
I have email verification checked and admin verification unchecked.
When a user registers, the email verification is sent successfully (user receives in an email what looks like a proper link i.e. http://site.com/wp-login.php?regplus_verification=3e2d343m5e02m24567li5f7845
Problem is that when you click on this link, it takes you to the wp login page and nothing happens.
When I look in the admin the user remains unverified.
I’ve resent email verifications from the admin and the same thing happens, the user gets a link but nothing happens once they get to the site.
The url remains the same, so there doesn’t appear to be a redirect problem.
It’s as if the email_verification isn’t hooked in to wordpress’s login page.
I appreciate your help!

MicahBlu, I believe this is a problem with a conflicting plugin/theme, are you still experiencing this issue?
